Communities that Care - Student Health and Risk Prevention survey (SHARP) results

Communities That Care is the prevention coalition of Summit County – focused on reducing youth substance use and suicide.  CTC helps all the youth serving organizations work together to effectively bring about positive change. We are loyal to our partners, to our youth and parents, and to our community as a whole.   Our presentation to Sunrise Rotary is intended to share the pillars of our coalition work and our priorities for programs and interventions.  Prevention happens at the COMMUNITY level, and there is a role for each and every one of us to play in creating a healthy community where our kids can thrive.
