Anti-inflammatory diet

Becky received her MS degree in Nutrition at the University of Utah, where she also earned her BS in Health Promotion and Education with a minor degree in Nutrition. Becky has a strong background in weight management as she developed a weight loss program called the Smart Enjoyable Eating (SEE) Program for the University of Utah's Department of Family and Preventive Medicine. 

Becky also spent time as an instructor for the weight management program run by the Veteran Affairs Medical Center, also known as the MOVE! Program. She has worked for Intermountain Healthcare since 2011 and has been with Park City Medical Center since the fall of 2013.
